This is a beautiful tract in a very attractive area of Lincoln County. The tract has easy and close access to lake, and Lincolnton. It is also just a short drive back into Evans. The tract has a good deal of open pasture land in the front making this an ideal tract for your horses. Turn right onto Ray Owens Road for 3.9 miles back to Wahington Rd. Take a left onto Washington Rd., crossing little River Bridge and going 7.3 miles to Hwy 220. Turn right onto Hwy 220 and go approximately 1.5 miles to the stop sign. Turn left to stay on Hwy 220 and go 3 miles to the property on the right just before Chamberlains Ferry Rd.
