Located 25 miles SW of Henryetta, OK, just a couple of miles east of Wetumka, OK and south of Hwy 9. Located approximately 80 miles from both Tulsa and OKC.
Land:
The property has a nice mixture of land types, from rocky ridges and rolling hills to flat creek bottom. It has a nice mixture of open and wooded areas with food plots, small hay fields and large timber in the creek bottom and drainages. The property has a winding trail system that runs along the creek, to each of the ponds and then on to the food plots.
One rather unique part of the property is a small camping area in a deep bend of the creek. It has been cleared of underbrush and has a small grill and fire pit. This is the perfect area for the kids to come out, enjoy the property and play in the creek.

Wildlife/Hunting:
This property has been managed for bow hunting and turkey hunting. The trails, plots, feeders and stands were all constructed with bow hunting in mind. Mature bucks and some cull bucks have been selectively harvested to improve the herd. A comprehensive nutrient management program of food plots and supplemental feeding has been followed to pull the deer in, keep them healthy and on the property.
