The timber on some areas of this property is phenomenal with some of the biggest oak trees I have seen in some time. The deer signs everywhere as I walked the entire property following game trails. I jumped a turkey out of some tall brush when I walked up on it. There are two ponds on the property one is a nice fishing pond and one smaller one in the middle of the woods would provide a great water source for the wildlife. The land lays nice and is easy walking around the majority of the property. There are a few areas where the hills are steeper but I did not have any trouble getting around it. Some areas of the property look to be overgrown pasture and one area was timbered recently and will make awesome habitat for the whitetails. The small stream that crosses the front of the property was very clear and has a solid rock bottom. The area around the creek looked like a deer heaven.
