Perfect cattle or horse ranch. Lots of good grass (coastal, blue stem, bermuda and kline). There are 10 tanks....7 large and 3 smaller ones to provide water all over the ranch. The largest tank is about 6-7 acres with a pavillion and electricity plus stocked with catfish and bass.
