Other small game animals and upland birds thrive in the ravines and heavily wooded canyon bottom that is covered with hard woods and cedars. The hard woods are 30-40ft tall and stretch throughout the property from east to west creating perfect tree-stand locations. Turkeys also utilize the tall cottonwoods for roost trees and a quick escape from predators.
This is a property where you throw the aerial photo away and get boots on the ground. The aerial maps don't do this farm any justice as you have to see it in person to really get a feel for it.
