This ranch has been under the same ownership for several years. With the exception of a few roads the property is all brush. There is one large stock tank which is 5+ acres when full and two smaller tanks. A finger of Goose Creek crosses the ranch along the northeast side. The creek is full of big trees and provides great habitat for wildlife. The soil is mostly red except for in the creek bottoms. There is a McCoy Water meter on the property and water is piped to one livestock trough. Wildlife consist of Whitetail Deer, Hogs, Turkey, Doves, and Quail. This is a nice place and a great location for a weekend getaway.
