PROPERTY DESCRIPTION - The Subject Property is approximately 24.9 acres owned by Sarasota Baptist Church. It is anticipated it would be rezoned to create asingle family home residential development. The site is currently zoned OUE with an existing FLU of Moderate Density Residential . A rezone to RSF-2 would allow a maximum of 3.5 units/acre (87 units), consistent with the FLU.
