This is one of the neatest properties I've ever seen in IL, especially 10 min from Waterloo, IL, and 30 min from St. Louis, MO. While walking the farm, I had no idea what I would see. It looked like a mini Grand Canyon! There were rock outcroppings and canyons and one of the nicest rock-bottom creeks I've seen in Illinois. The seller has trails cut throughout the timber and down the creek for easy walking and has even created steps up through one of the rock outcroppings into a big rock bowl for easy access. This place is a dream to explore walking or riding a horse or four-wheeler. The hunting in this area is 2nd to none.
