This property is located 63 miles northwest of Downtown Fort Worth or 29 miles west of Decatur in Eastern Jack County. Just south of Cundiff, Texas on Coca Cola Ranch Road.

There are a lot of great views and very scenic hillsides covered with large oak trees, there is about a 225 foot elevation change, there are several good stock tanks, plus several creeks, and select areas to build lakes. The ranch has abundant native grasses and a variety of hardwood trees.

The hunting has been under a managed wildlife program for over 10 years and the average buck harvested is a 145 B& C point buck. Turkeys , quail, dove, and hogs are also plentiful.
