Seller says that this home has been a rent house for 10+ years, he would like any buyer to have the whole house and septic inspected as he has no knowledge of whether they are in good order or not. The septic was installed in 2013. There is an old abandoned septic on the property that is no longer used. There is no current survey, buyer will need to purchase a new one. Owner has posts where he believes the property lines are, but he is not 100% certain.
