This very nice +/-233-acre hunting and timber tract is located about 2 miles north of the historic west Wilcox town of Gastonburg. A public gravel road divides the tract into two parcels of +/-78 acres and +/-155 acres. Most of the merchantable pine timber was cut in late 2011 and early 2012, and these areas are scheduled to be replanted in the winter of 2013.
