This ranch is in South Sutton and Crockett Counties, on the Edwards Plateau, a region of limestone outcrops and rolling terrain, dotted with areas of live oaks and juniper, in the form of a woodland or savanna, alternating with a blend of various grasses and other shrub and cacti.

The wildlife conists of White Tail Deer, Fallow, Catalina Goats, Aoudad and the occasional Axis. There is a wet water pond and the property has three feeders and blinds along with a camper and a storage trailer.
