Highway 278 provides limited frontage to the Middle tract. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Site index for loblolly pine averages 80 (base age 50). Blue Bayou drains part of the tract. The Middle Tract contains approximately 36 acres of native pine and hardwood timber with residual acreage in pasture land.
