Purchase requirements for buyer of Tamarack Ridge - Phase 1: The final plat & Restrictive Covenants would need to be recorded at the Dunn County Register of Deeds office, Buyer/developer would need to follow current engineering requirements, including storm drainage structures, storm water ponds, Buyer/developer would need to install oversized water & sewer mains, Buyer/developer would be responsible for one quarter (1/4) costs to City of Menomonie for Midway Road construction ($40,000 approx. estimated cost), the City of Menomonie will require the developer to construct a privacy fence on the north side of Lot 29 and on the east side of the lot adjacent to and north of Lot 29.
