Location: The ranch is located southeast of Roby or south of Sylvester, Texas.

Acres: 228 Acres, more or less

Access: Access to the ranch is provided by paved highway frontage on the west side and county road access available to the south.

Terrain: The ranch has approximately 140 acres being in cultivation. This farmland is generally planted to haygrazer for livestock. The remainder of the property, approximately 97 acres is in native pasture. The pasture portion of the ranch offers a fairly dense cover of mesquite with good native grasses. This desirable mix of pasture and cultivation is good habitat for native wildlife including whitetail deer, quail and feral hogs.
