Wildlife & Hunting: This 227 acre high fence ranch is stocked and ready to go for your personal hunting property or your corporate retreat to take clients for the weekend. The property is set up with 3 new tower blinds setup over corn and protein feeders for optimal shot opportunities. The ranch is stocked with Whitetail deer ranging from 160s to 200+. Water: The property is supplied with water from a water well located next to the main cabin. The well is plumbed to 5 water troughs located across the property to provide additional water to the animals year-round. The water well is plumbed into a cement water holding tank (cistern) which holds in excess of 30k gallons of water when full. The water troughs are plumed off the holding tank to provide water for the animals. There is a stock tank that holds water year round, has never been dry since the current owner has owned the property. The stock tank is stocks with bass, catfish and perch.

Topography: The ranch is located in the Southern Texas Hill County Region in the Edwards Plateau. On this ranch you will notice the rolling terrain and gullies the area on known for. The ground consist of rocky shale fill with the gullies being predominantly a black dirt bottom. You will find Cedar, Mesquite, Cactus, Black and White Brush, Granjeno and other known native brushes to the area. You will also find a few scattered Oak and Texas Elm on the property.
