This is Fish Creek Meadows. It is 220 acres along the East Branch of the Fish Creek.

It is a unique property that is heavily stocked with large Red and White Oak. There is also a nice mixture of other northern hardwoods including Sugar Maple, Red Maple, Yellow Birch, Black Cherry, and White Ash. There are also some stands of mature Eastern Hemlock intertwined with large white pine and even some Yellow Poplar. The timber is mature to over mature, and a saw-timber harvest is evident with SIGNIFICANT returns on your investment.

The topography is gently rolling with some ravines throughout that hold streams in the bottoms. These flow through the property and into Fish Creek.
