Tract located ten miles east of Gurdon with frontage on Ouachita River, and large gravel bar. Tract contains pine plantation established in old fields in 1994. Plantation was selectively thinned in 2006. Based on 2007 inventory the North tract averages 90 square feet basal area/per acre. Site Index for loblolly pine averages approximately 100 feet at age fifty years on Ouachita silt loam and Ochlockonee fine sandy loam soils. Access is by recorded easement.
