219.3 Gross acres of almonds located in Semitropic Water District. The orchard was planted in 1998 to NP, Sonora, and Fritz varieties. Water is provided by two wells that deliver water to a central reservoir equipped with a booster pump and filter station. A district turnout is located on the property to receive in-lieu water.
