Google maps directions: enter "3866 Newcomb Pike Newcomb, TN 37819" and the right-of-way entrance to the 205 acres is to the south of the red brick home at this address or enter "3850 TN-297, Newcomb, TN 37819" and the entrance to the gravel road right-of-way is approximately 200 feet south of this vacant lot location. You will see several barns and hay fields across TN Highway 297/Newcomb Pike from the entrance drive to the property.
