To High Knob: From I-81, take Exit 118B, Rt 460 West to Blacksburg. From 460, take the 460 Business/South Main ST. Exit and go 0.9 mile to the stoplight at Ellett Rd. and take a right onto Ellett Rd. Go 0.6 mile to the entrance to High Knob on your left, which is marked 807 Ellett Rd. and 1036 Cedar Run Rd.
