This property consist of various aged pine plantations(ranging from 14 to 25 years old) with some naturally regenerated hardwood and some pasture land. The property is also home to a camphouse and a large barn. The topograghy is gently rolling with sandy clay soils. There are several food plots in place.The main house and 5 acres will be reserved out of the pasture area.
