Here is your opportunity to purchase a well-established pecan orchard that has been in the same family for over 30 years. It has many well-known pecan varieties that include Burkett, Wichita, Choctaw, Mohawk, Western and Success to name a few. The orchard is divided into 5 separate easily workable areas with a drip irrigation system on about ¾ of the trees. At present time the drip system is not in use.
