The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
There is no zoning. You can camp or RV without restriction. You can have a mobile home, prefabricated home, etc. This can be your perfect tiny home land. There is no Homeowners Association (HOA). There is no Property Owners Association (POA). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature. You will be off grid, there are no utilities available to this area.

FM Road 1111 comes north out of Sierra Blanca, then you turn onto Big Tank Road, then less than half a mile on a trail road brings you to this property. We have not been to this property, but you will probably need to re-grade the way in from Big Tank Road. If you're planning on building you will have equipment, otherwise you can rent a skid steer.
