Here we have a great little one room camp on Deer Creek located just north of the Dead River Basin, off the Red Road in northern Ishpeming Township. Cozy and comfortable is what it's all about! The cabin has two sets of crafted bunk beds, a small kitchen and living area and both a woodstove and propane space heater for those colder winter nights. The creek is just a short walk from the camp, as well as the mostly complete sauna building and the outhouse. Across the creek there is a ridge running along the south end of the property. From up top, when the leaves are down, there are panoramic views of the skyline and from the highest point, a distant view of the Dead River Basin (check out the photos).
