Wolf Creek is minutes away to the south where you will find a 1-6 grade school, gas station/convenience store, cafes and taverns and a post office. Cascade is minutes away to the north where there is a K-12 school, bank, post office, grocery store/gas station, cafes, taverns, churches.
There is an old log structure on the property that may have potential for refurbishing. Other than that, the property is undeveloped and would need a driveway built to get to a building site.
I-15 to Craig, cross the river and turn north on the Craig Frontage Road. Drive approximately 2 1/2 miles to Rocky Road and take a right. Continue about 1 mile to Charbonneau Road and take a right.
