Interstate 15 to Craig, Montana. Take the freeway exit and cross the river to get to the frontage road. Turn left (north) and continue for approximately 2 1/2 miles. Take a right onto Rocky Road. Continue across the wooden bridge that crosses Stickney Creek and drive to the top of the hill where Rocky Road meets Charbonneau Road. Continue left onto Rocky Road to the top of the hill.
