Highway 26 Tract (Listing #4390) is located approximately eight miles southwest of Hollywood and is described as part of SW of NE lying west of Highway 26, Section 7, Township 8 South, Range 22 West, Clark County, Arkansas, containing 20 acres, more or less. Tract consists of 2000 pine plantation with patches of older pine on gently rolling terrain. Site index averages 85 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loams. Access is excellent with over one-quarter mile frontage on Highway 26.

Tract consists of 55 acres of 1987 pine plantation which has been scheduled for a second thinning in 2013. Remaining 25 acres is well-stocked 2007 pine plantation. Pine site index averages 90 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loams. Access is via Lockie Road and/or Taylor Dairy Road and woods roads. Based on 2013 inventory, timber volume is estimated as follows: Pine sawtimber 3,802 tons, Pine pulpwood 480 tons.
Huggs Tract (Listing #4392) is located approximately two miles southwest of Hollywood and is described as the E of NE of SW; SW of NE of SW, Section 32, Township 7 South, Range 21 West, containing 30 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. Tract consists of 1989 pine plantation, which was second thinned in 2012. Pine site index averages 85 feet (base age 50). Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Access is via woods road from McAnally Road. Based on 2013 inventory, timber volume is estimated as follows: Pine sawtimber 891 tons, Pine pulpwood 489 tons.
Murry Point Cedar Tract (Listing #4393) is located approximately two miles northwest of Point Cedar and is described as the NW of SW, Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 22 West, Hot Spring County, Arkansas, containing 40 acres, more or less. Tract consists of planted and native pine which is almost ready for first thinning. Tract has rolling terrain. Pine site index averages 85 feet (base age 50) on silt loams. Access is via woods roads through adjoining timberland. Based on 2013 inventory, timber volume is estimated as follows: Pine sawtimber 140 tons, Pine pulpwood 1,521 tons.
