When Christy and I viewed this property, we walked up on a buck and a doe on the flatter area just north of the ravine. I couldnt get my camera up in time but its always fun when deer are part of your first approach to a beautiful piece of land like this. Youll see from the satellite photos provided, neighbors are close but not too close. Overall, the property is heavily wooded but its nice because the underbrush is not too thick. It looks like there are remnants of a fire that was here long ago that is only known by a few tree scars. Trout fishing is just down the road in Bennett Spring State Park and Lead Mine Conservation Area is just to the north, allowing for some great places to adventure and then have your own private property to retreat back to.
