780+/- acres Including 6 irrigation wells, 3 center pivots and 60+/- acres of drip irrigation on 30" centers. Pivot 3A is a 2009 Zimmatic with Field Pro nozzled at 600gpm covering 215+/- acres. Pivot 3B is a 2008 Zimmatic with Field Pro nozzled at 400gpm covering 115+/- acres and is currently planted in wheat. Pivot 3C is a 2008 Zimmatic with Field Pro nozzled at 400gpm covering 100+/- acres.

TRACT 4

650+/- acres including 8 irrigation wells and one center pivot. Pivot 4A is a 1991 Valley 6000 nozzled at 1000 GPM with new goosenecks, hoses, regulators and LDN UP3 nozzles covering 506+/- acres and powered by a natural gas 350 Chevrolet and turbine pump.
