- Fencing: The perimeter of the ranch is a mixture of low and high fencing. There is a 1,130 Acre entirely highfenced pasture.

Water: This ranch is very well watered with 2 water wells, some of which produce up to 40 GPM and provide miles of water lines throughout the ranch. The wells and water lines are all interconnected so that water is not an issue if one of the wells goes down. There are 5 ponds which all have water piped to them and 10 water troughs.

Wildlife: This property is loaded with wildlife and provides a prime habitat to grow large whitetail deer and support a healthy quail population. The ranch record for Whitetail Deer is over 200 inches! Besides whitetail deer and quail there are turkey, dove, javalina, varmints and many more native species. Along with the native game are exotic species which include Oryx, Axis Deer and Black Buck Antelope.

Vegetation: This ranch has a great diversity of brush species which include: Texas ebony, guajillo, black brush, guayacon, persimmon, white brush, coma, lote brush, kidney wood, hog plum, Spanish dagger and much more. There is a strong stand of Buffel grass in certain areas of the ranch which offers prime grazing for cattle.
