There are four water wells on the ranch. One well has electricity and submergible pump. The second well has a submergible pump with solar panel. The remaining to wells have windmills with reservoirs, and troughs. There is a large fresh water pit that was used by the oil companies for drilling and fracking in the area. The tank is filled by ground water from the well. There is good ground water in the area.

Improvements:

The ranch has a hunting camp set up with electricity and water. There are two metal sea containers at the camp. One is used for storage and has cooking supplies. The second is finished out and set up with bunks.

Recreation:

This ranch has several blinds and feeder that stay with the ranch. The ranch has been protein fed, and game managed for several years. There is a good history of harvesting trophy white tail from this ranch. There are also several quail feeders around the ranch. There is a good population of quail.

Minerals:

There are no minerals to convey. There is some production on the ranch which in typical of the area.
