Located 38 miles west of Bozeman off the Interstate-90 Milligan Canyon Exit, the Milligan Canyon Ranch is the original ranch headquarter consisting of 2,510 +/- deeded acres and 160 acres of BLM Lease and includes numerous outbuildings. All of the outbuildings are well maintained and in good condition.

Some of the improvements include: 4,200 sq. ft. calving barn, 1,200 sq. ft. 3 bed/1 bath apartment, 4,800 sq. ft. machine shed, 2,600 sq. ft. shop with office, numerous corrals and paddocks and a variety of bushel grain bins.

The ranch has numerous pastures fenced into varying acreages to provide for efficient rotational grazing. The water source for these pastures consists of well fed tanks and Milligan Creek which winds through the property.
