This well puts out 250-275 gallons per minute. The ranch is managed by Cuerno Grande Wildlife. Game animals such as Whitetail, quail, hogs, and turkeys inhabit the ranch. Medina Electric Co-op services the ranch with a single phase service and a meter loop in the NW corner of the ranch. A single-phase high line is located along the entire north boundary and three-phase service on the east boundary. There are not any existing minerals to be conveyed to the buyer.
