This is a beautiful tract full of potential located on Thomas Springs and Newton Roads in Cumberland County. The topography is gently to moderately sloped with multiple access points and easements that will be granted across adjoining property for access. SEQ_1018 tract borders Bledsoe State Forest along a lot of the western boundary. There are several perennial, and multiple intermittent streams within the tract. The planted pine stands range in age from newly planted to over 20 years old. These plantations will provide a steady stream of income if harvested and managed for several decades. There are a lot of hardwood stands interspersed which adds diversity and wildlife habitat. Timber inventory estimates 133,000 tons of pine products and 60,000 tons of hardwood products.
