Location: App. 3 miles north of Christoval with access frontage on U.S. Hwy 277 on the west portion of the property.

Terrain: Rolling juniper and mesquite country with some scattered liveoaks. Southern portion of property has heavier numbers of liveoak with steeper topography with beautiful views of San Angelo to the north. Also has some small to large "headers" through the hills. The tract has native grasses throughout. The east boundary is recently built "highfence" with new fences along parts of the southern and western boundaries as well.

Water & Corrals: There are 3 windmills with storage reseviours that provide a good water source for livestock and wildlife. There is also a new set of pipe constructed livestock corrals.
