This ranch is located in the heart of big deer country. It has been well managed for many years and could be easily high fenced to make a trophy hunting ranch. The terrain consists of hills with big flats that have a good cover of mequites and other native brush. There are some large live oaks scattered in the SE portion of the ranch. The exterior fences are in good shape, with interior fences in fair to poor condition. Two sets of pens are also on the ranch. There is a good supply of whitetail deer, turkey, and dove. We have seen several bucks on the place, and it is known to have a good number of quail. Water consists of 1 well and about 10 dirt tanks, most of which hold water very well. The Doole Water system also provides water throughout the ranch. The price is right and the location is good.
The ranch is located 5 miles E of Eden, turn N on FM2134 to Millersview. Go approximately 3 miles to the first Co. Rd., turn E and go 1 mile, turn N and the ranch fronts the Co. Rd. with approximately 1 mile of frontage.
