All this had to be cleared for us to do the construction of the current house. Garage could be built on the current parking lot one presumes, but if it were to cover the location of the current septic tank, which is in the parking lot close to the bottom of the stairs going up to the house, then the septic tank would have to be moved. We are considering building a small carport now (16 x 10) to the west of the parking lot next to the retaining wall by the hammocks.
