Tract 3 is 2,002 +/- contiguous acres near the community of Crossroads with the western border being the Trinity River and the eastern border is CR 1313. The majority of this tract is pasture with some wooded areas lying inside the levee with some upland pasture. Currently leased out for grazing rights. This tract will provide some excellent waterfowl, dove, hog and deer hunting.
