All properties will be sold on site. Inspection - Anytime, feel free to walk or drive any of these properties being careful not to harm crops or the land. All tracts sell at absolute auction with no reserve. Terms are 10% down the day of sale with the balance being due within 30 days. There has been a new survey completed for all tracts on Hwy 431. The properties on Hwy 142 and Beech Valley Road sell per the previous deed description. The seller is conveying all mineral rights that they own. A mineral search has not been done, but per deed description of the mineral rights have been previously conveyed on the Adaburg Tract.
