Location: Approximately 13 miles south of Brady, on U.S. Hwy 190.
Terrain: Some of the highest elevations in the County are centered on this ranch. A predominance of Live Oak, Post Oak, Red Oak cover is evident with little Mesquite or Cedar. Dark clay soils interspersed with limestone rock. Bottoms very conducive to food plot tillage.
Water: Two substantial wells with pressure tanks and reservoirs. A large stock pond and one of smaller size.
Wildlife: The abundance of oak with the accompanying large supply of acorns make this ranch a healthy environment for Whitetail. Dove hunting should be good around the largest of stock tanks.

Comments: Probably one of the all around, best natural whitetail habitats to be found in this area.
