Twin Creek Sanctuary is a 196 acre wildlife haven. It has two live creeks on either side and lots of trees and cover. The surrounding property is mostly agricultural crop land, so the ranch is like having a high fenced property without the fence. Wildlife may stray off a short distance, but will return to the safety of this refuge. Deer, turkey, dove and quail are abundant. There are 3 small fields that can be used as food plots. One is currently used to run horses and has a nice tack barn and 4 stall horse shed. There are several small waterfalls on both creeks. A custom Spanish Adobe sits at one waterfall. Many of the building materials were imported and everything about this home is top notch making it a masterpiece located deep in the interior of the ranch, very private and secluded.
