The Williams Tracts consist of planted loblolly pine plantations that were established in 1991 and have not been thinned along with natural bottomland hardwoods. The property is an excellent recreational and timber management property. Access to the Williams 78 and 93 Tracts is through a farming complex. There is a recorded temporary access agreement allowing access to the property for timber management. The Williams 25 Tract is accessed through historical access only.
