Acreage:

The acreage is mostly in native pasture, and is fenced and cross fenced into a pastures. The property has had brush clearing in the past and has good balance of grass cover and brush cover for wildlife. There are several ponds or dirt tanks on the property that hold during the wetter months. There are a couple that will hold year round. In addition to the easement access to the ranch, there are two property owners that use the same easement road and their access continues through the ranch.
