Acreage:
The acreage is mostly in native pasture, and is fenced and cross fenced into a pastures. The property has had brush clearing in the past and has good balance of grass cover and brush cover for wildlife. There are several ponds or dirt tanks on the property that hold during the wetter months. There are a couple that will hold year round. The house levels are set up to use as two separate houses. The house has some very historic features to its construction. The home has been well maintained and kept in good repair.
