A 5,000 square foot lodge has been constructed on the ranch to accomodate as well as entertain owners and guests. There are 4 other remodeled homes on the ranch for guests, ranch managers, and ranch hands. There are over 500 self-feeding quail feeders as well as a few deer blinds and feeders scattered over the entire ranch. Over 50 miles of roads and feed lanes have been maintained to make for easy access and hunting. Along most hunting courseways are game waterers either gravity flow or from submersible pumps. As you can see this ranch maintains a great game population even in drought conditions and tough years.

Several sets of pens with scales and working facilities are located on the ranch. There are several overhead storage bins for feed and grain, as well as a metal barn for storage and horse stalls, all located at ranch headquarters.
