To get to the land, I walked through the gap in the chain link fence to the left of this house, between the house and the greenhouses next door, and hiked way to the back. After walking all the way to the back, far from the house, I hiked along the dirt path above the dry ravine then down through the ravine and up the other side. The parcel for sale starts on the hill on the other side of the ravine. There are red and green corner posts there on the other side of the ravine. There is a row of posts along the north side of the parcel for sale then a short stretch of chicken wire along the north side in the back. The south and east sides have wire fencing. Take the aerial map when you go out there. Dont leave home without the map! Wear hiking boots and long pants and take water to drink!
