Tract is located 3 miles north of Amity and three miles south of Highway 70. Access is excellent with Highway 182 providing over one-half-mile of paved frontage. Tract contains native pine timber of good quality and approximately fifteen acres of pine plantation established in 2004. Approximately 77 acres were clearcut in early 2007. Site index for loblolly pine averages 75 feet on a fifty year base; soils are fine sandy loams on rollig terrain.
