A small but wide creek flows through the property into Little River less than a mile away. Nolia loop road travels through the north west corner of the property. Access can also be gained by dirt road from the southwest, this will access the mountain portion of the property, great for seeing almost 10 miles! Electricity is about 800' away from the property along the Nolia loop road. A mixed hardwood/pine stand currently grows on the property but has about 95 acres that could be planted in loblolly pine. Wildlife range from deer, bear, turkey to rabbits and squirrels.
