Wildlife: The property is game fenced with an abundant population of whitetail deer, turkey, dove and exotics. Fishing is outstanding along the crystal clear Frio River providing exceptional catfish and bass fishing; as well as, a great fly fishing experience.

Water: Water on the ranch is plenteous including 2 water wells and approximately 7,710 of the fantastic Frio River which runs through the ranch. The Blue Water hole is one of the largest on the Frio River, being 30 ft. deep with dinosaur tracts on the bottom. There are numerous waterfalls and a natural lake along the river running through most of the ranch; tubing, and canoeing are a great recreational pastime on the Frio River!

Improvements: Improvements include two cabins which overlook the beautiful Frio River. These cabins are of Texas western dcor, with plenty of room to relax in the spaciousness of the living areas of the house. The entire cabin is of an open floor design and lay out as to enhance the cozy mountain atmosphere; it is situated comfortably for guests to enjoy the beautiful views from the porches overlooking the Frio River.
