Pictures do not tell the story here.  You will have to see the property to appreciate it!  Tucked in at the end of the road and located on the west end of Little Elbow Lake this property really has it all.  If you like to waterfowl hunt you have two good spots.  Hunt on the lake side or hunt on the duck pond.  If you like to Deer Hunt the property is virtually a perfect natural funnel and several good bucks have been harvested over the years.  Tons of Turkey in the area provides spring action.  Little Elbow Lake is loaded with fish and is 85 feet deep with the water clarity pushing 8 feet.  It is a private lake with no public access limiting the pressure it sees.  Known for its slab crappie the lake also has above average pike and pan fish.  There are plenty of cool building sites that would provide some fantastic views.   Again this is a “must see” to appreciate what it has to offer.
